Service Team

Since its founding in 1973, F. A. O'Toole Office Systems has maintained a full customer service installation and service Department. We install, service and warranty all the systems we sell. No third parties are involved in any of our jobs without the direct on site supervision of F. A. O'Toole Office Systems service personnel. Response time to phone-in service calls is typically 3 hours. The Customer Service Department will perform the installation quickly and effectively. Our service department meets and exceeds all standards of conduct and restrictions by:

  • Wearing clean and professional uniform shirts.
  • Wearing dark pants without stains or holes.
  • Wearing work boots in conformance with site requirement (steel toe when required by safety standards)
  • Hard Hats when required by safety standards.
  • Conforming to all non solicitation rules
  • Performing only such business as related to the contract on customers site.
  • Maintaining the strictest confidentiality regarding all aspects of the customers activities.
  • Using polite and courteous language at all times.
  • Undergoing all safety courses required by the customer including Calvert Cliffs nuclear power plant safety course and Clark/Belfour Beaty "New Campus East" safety orientation.
